Recent Shipment Update of Gruvmaster Roll Grooving Machines
Recently, Gruvmaster completed the assembly and shipment preparation of a new batch of roll grooving machines.
This shipment includes multiple machines with different configurations, and the photos show the real condition of the equipment from final assembly to wooden crate packaging.
Before shipment, all roll grooving machines are fully assembled in our workshop.
During assembly, key components such as the grooving unit, transmission system, and hydraulic system are carefully checked to ensure proper structure and stable operation.
After assembly, the machines move into the packing stage.
According to the size and structure of each model, wooden crates are used for packaging. Critical parts are properly secured to reduce vibration and potential impact during transportation, helping protect the machines during long-distance shipping.
From the assembly area to the packed wooden crates ready for delivery, these images are not meant to show production volume, but to document the actual manufacturing and shipping process.
Each machine is inspected and packed before entering the delivery stage.
These shipment photos also reflect our current production and delivery rhythm.
Through a clear and consistent assembly and shipping process, we aim to provide customers with a more transparent view of our equipment manufacturing and our attention to delivery details.
