CM-12 Electric Hydraulic Pipe Cutting Machine and Common Setup
The CM-12 is an electric hydraulic pipe cutting machine designed for cutting 2"–12" steel and stainless steel pipes.

Cutting Method

Hydraulic Structure
The CM-12 adopts a split hydraulic structure, with the pump and the cylinder installed separately.

Pipe Support Stand
In actual operation, the CM-12 is commonly used together with a pipe support stand.
The stand supports the pipe with rollers, helping keep the pipe stable during cutting and making positioning easier.
This setup is suitable for small and medium diameter pipes and helps reduce manual handling during operation.
Cutting Blade
The blade used on the CM-12 is suitable for cutting steel and galvanized pipes, with a maximum wall thickness of 13 mm.
With an upgraded manufacturing process, the blade offers longer service life and supports brand and special pipe customization.
The same blade can be used on CM-8 / CM-8X / CM-12 / CM-20, making it easy to standardize blade usage across different machines.
Intended Use
The CM-12 is designed for fixed or semi-fixed working positions.
