Gruv-X Hydraulic Technology for Stable Feeding and Clear Adjustment
One of the key strengths of the AG-8Z is its Gruv-X hydraulic design. The hydraulic system plays an important role in the feeding movement, pressure stability, and long-term performance of the machine.
The machine is equipped with a built-in grooving depth scale, allowing the operator to check and adjust the groove depth quickly. For repeated grooving jobs, this makes the setup process clearer and helps reduce unnecessary adjustment time.
The hydraulic cylinder uses a Titanseal™ dual-seal structure, designed to improve sealing stability and reduce the risk of oil leakage during long-term use. The cylinder body is heat-treated, with hardness up to HRC50, helping it resist wear and maintain reliable performance over years of operation.
One-Push Feeding with Wireless Remote Control
AG-8Z supports wireless remote operation. By pressing the “A” button, the grooving roller feeds downward automatically. After the groove is formed, pressing the “B” button raises the roller automatically.
This one-push feeding system reduces repeated manual adjustment during operation. For users handling batch grooving work, it makes the process easier, more consistent, and more efficient.
Heavy-Duty Structure for Batch Pipe Grooving
AG-8Z is equipped with a high-power motor and a heavy-duty gearbox to support continuous grooving work. The strong grooving roller and drive roller structure helps keep the pipe rotating steadily during the forming process.
The machine also includes a groove depth limiting device. Once the set depth is reached, the grooving roller can reset automatically, helping the operator control the final groove depth more accurately.
The standard grooving range is 2"–12", with 14" optional, making the AG-8Z suitable for a wide range of steel pipe grooving applications.
