CG-2X GROOVE CUTTING MACHINE FEATURES
● Designed for cutting grooves into 2″–12″ heavy-walled steel pipes with wall thicknesses of 6–35 mm. Suitable for applications where conventional roll grooving is not applicable.
● Forms grooves using cutting tools without flaring the pipe ends. Suitable for mining pipelines, power plants, petrochemical facilities, and heavy-duty mechanical systems.
● Robust construction and a reliable hydraulic system support demanding work on site and in the workshop.
● Equipped with size-specific HSS cutting tools for efficient groove cutting and extended tool life. A heavy-duty ratchet pipe stand comes standard to support large and heavy pipes.
